I have had the same experience as the other posters. BOSS claims to have sent collection notices etc to me but I never received any correspondence whatsoever, and in fact never heard of BOSS until their name appeared on my Credit Report. I disputed the negative info on my credit report but the Credit Agency verified the negative info and indicated the info would remain. I subsequently contacted BOSS and after speaking to Jacob the Supervisor who was nasty, accusatory, and argumentative, proceeded to file complaints with the FTC (https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01); American Collector's Association of Texas (http://www.texascollectors.com/page3.html); the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office (http://www.attorneygeneral.com/ppd/bcp/compform/cmplnt.cfm); the Texas Attorney General's Office (http://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml); the Better Business Bureau (http://www.permianbasinbbb.org); the Federal Communication Commission (http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html); and the United States Postal Service Inspector General (www.uspsoig.gov/hotline_NewCompForm.htm). Fortunately, I am a licensed attorney and am contemplating filing suit. I strongly urge everyone out there who has been wronged to file complaints with any and all possible government agencies including but not limited to at least those agencies set forth above.

I also have had this issue with Business Office System's and Solutions. They have refused (verbally) to respond in writing to my letter disputing the charge, and have continued to make collection attempts. I have filed complaints with the FTC, US Postal Service, NJ and Texas attorney generals offices. I spoke again today with the FTC. They suggested that I convince others having the issue to file complaints. Enough complaints and they will investigate.
