Muzzafer is in this about as deep as the Sharmans and Buck Reed - they knew perfectly well the crimes they were perpetrating. In fact, Muzzafer was active in recruiting to Via Viente and claimed he took the supplement. He even took my family to dinner to recruit them into the program! The founders of this product are active in a number of other pyramid schemes that are either being investigated or shut down by the US government (check it out - www.pyramidschemealert.org). Further, he convinced my brother-in-law to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into other suspicious schemes. Muzzafer is not innocent.

Pyramid scams don't have a product to sell... Putting Via Viente in the title of a report against Muzaffer is messed up. Via is like Amway or Mary Kay, not a pyramid scam... "A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, often without any product or service being delivered." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_scheme
