I ordered a VinCarHistory report for $9.99 on Jan 3rd 2015. They promise everything that CarFax offers for less. I did receive an electronic report, the problem is that every single box is checked on the "report". What I mean by that is: "Is the odometer accurate?" Box is checked "yes". "Is the miliage innacurate": Box is checked "yes". "Has the vehicle ever been stolen": Box is checked "Yes". "Vehicle never been stolen": Box is checked "Yes". Etc Etc Etc
If you have ever looked at a vehicle history report they list a ton of stuff, then they provide accurate information that has been reported on that particular vehicle.....this "company" just provides a list of what a company like Carfax would supply but just checks ALL the boxes....it's an utter scam, you get NOTHING at all. The only thing the report accuratly delivered was my Vin that I supplied them and the free information in regards to make/model specs that anyone can get by typing your Vin into Google.
I'm an idiot for not researching the company first.....Stay away, it's an utter Ripoff!
