I work for the company. When the product is ordered you must click to accept the terms and conditions or else the order will not go through. These terms are also in an email sent to customers after the order is placed and are on the invoice in the package. It is clearly stated in the terms that in order to return the product you must call within the 14 day trial period to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Because we deal with thousands of packages a day it is impossible for the post office or the company to accurately track any packages refused or returned to sender. The RMA number lets us know who it came from and will assure a prompt and easy return process. The number should be placed on the outside of the package and on the enclosed invoice when the product is mailed back. We cannot accept packages that are simply marked Return to Sender since we cannot ensure they will arrive back in our warehouse. Each post office handles returned to senders differently. This policy is reiterated when someone calls to cancel their order. I strongly recommend that people always read the terms and conditions to any offer when making a purchase on the internet.
