Bought a ticket to be seated and they sent me a lawn ticket , wanted to change it, paying a difference but they said they couldn't do it, they couldn't help me in anyway. They sell you one thing and give you another ,bought a seated ticket and they sent me a lawn ticket for a Concert at Filene Center, called them and they couldn't help me, they were no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
They are not a reliable company.
