I purchasd 4 tickets from Vividseats.com. Website wanted to know how many tickets were needed and I entered 4. It gave me a price of $100 and something. I don't remember the exact amount BUT I was willing to pay that amount. After all...These tickets were to see a youtube personality not some big rock star concert.
So I preceded to purchase tickets. At the end it tells me that my order was over $500. I immediately called the company and told her what happened and the response was pretty much OH WELL. She offered no help... so much for the customer guarantee indicated on that page as well.
I then received the emails from www.vividseats.com. I immediately sent the tickets back to them and replied to that email stating their website was misleading and they could resell these tickets. I contacted my bank to file a claim with them at this point. i would have never spent this kind of money to see a youtube personality. REALLY?
Vividseats page does not incate that this a per person price. Which apparently it was and then they tacked on over $100 for their services as well. Sure didn't get my monies worth of services either.
This morning I received a call from Vividseats. Not sure why they called me because they told me nothing new. I guess they felt the need to tell me that they weren't going help me again.
I have contacted another website (stubhub) and purchased tickets that were closer seats and less than 1/2 the price. Certainly no value at vividseats.com or customer service At www.vividseats.com. This is not the way to do business!

Like I said in my complaint, I ended up purchasing tickets from someone else for less than 1/2 price. We went to the event tonight using my 1/2 price tickets. I did however take a copy of what vivid seats sent me via email. We sat in our 1/2 price seats. When the event neared the end, I went and spoke to security to find out why the young girls were sitting in those seats. Security went and spoke with them and they ALSO had tickets for those same seats. Security also explained that vivid seats is NOT an authorized vendor to sell these tickets. Also stated that because the tickets has another persons name on them that they could throw us out. Also said that they've seen it too many times when vivid seats sells the tickets multiple times and whoever gets to the event first is who will get the seats. Everyone else will be turned away from the event. Good thing I had other tickets. This website is a complete fraud and I will pursue the claim with my bank to have the funds returned. I will not quit!
