Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I decided to give the VOIP service a tray since they have been on the market for a while. I signed up with them on August 1st 2007 and did not received the equipment until a week later, after already being charged for the first month and not even connected yet. As soon as I connected it, there were problems getting good phone calls through. Plus the fact that most of the numbers that came in were spanish speaking indiviuals that left messages. Beside that, I got the modem with the Fax on it since my girlfriend was using a home office. From the beginning till the end I could not get a fax sent to us at the house, and had very little success in sending one. Always came up poor line connection. Well I checked on it with the cable providor (Time Warner) and they sent someone out and everything was fine. Soon after that was all checked out my girlfriend was workign at home and could nto get to her website. I checked on my personal computer and I too could not get to it. I called (Time-Warner) again and spent the next two hours on the phone with them trying to figure out why. Well we were at wits end when they asked me if I had another modem connected. I said yes, I have the vonage telephone modem and they asked me to disconnect it and then try. Wow, as soon as I disconnected it I could get to the companies website. Obviously something was doen to my modem overnight from vonage that prevented me from going to a reputable business website. I started the process of disconnecting. 1.5 hours on hold and I am told they cannot disconnect until they have the request from Qwest to port the numbers. Thinking that is all I was waiting on to happen. The port went through and wham I was hit with another charge for the month. I called them up and asked them why it was not disconnected and they said they never received a request. Their customer service software did not even show that they had talked to me. They also said they had not received a request yet form Qwest to port the numbers. Three weeks earlier I had phone calls coming in from Qwest supplied lines and with the same numbers that Vonage supposedly never received a request to port from. Well I finally got through to them that I wanted to cancel and I get put on hold for another 50 minutes. After I called back and received another customer service person whom my girlfriend talked to they tried as hard as they could to sell us on keeping it. I finally had to get on the phone again after Donna telling them no for 10 minutes and I told them it does me no god to have a service that does not work when I am dealing with business. Well she got the message and then I got hit with another 119.00 charge to cancel because they could not deliver good quality service.

If there are any class action lawsuits going on I would love to add to it. If other in the state of Arizona have had the similare problem with the company I would love to have your input and I will initiate the claim to the Attorney Generals Office of the state.

I cannot believe that they do not keep records of when they talk to customers and their issues, I think they do but refuse to admit it since it would give them away on their tricks of deception and poor performance.
