I called WM Henderson because the gas furnace was not working. When technician came I told him, that the initer was not lightning up. He agreed that the initer needed to be replaced. He said he could do it and would ive me a quote. After disappiring for 10 min ( calling somebody) he came with the estimate of $350, with service contract $480. I did not agree and ask him to o.
I went to the Universal and bought the ignitor for $49. Took me about 15 min to replace the ignitor. So they wanted $300 for a 15 min job. It is outreagoes.
The temp outside is 26F. this is like replacing a flat tire for somebody in emerency for $1000, just to take advantage of situation.
