I was also emailed by this scammer. They wrote as if I had inquired about their "Mystery Shopper" opportunity. The fact is, I have been looking for a job and applying to many ads, so I wasn't sure if it was real. My first tip-off that something wasn't quite right was that the English in the email was a little off. Second, they asked for my age, which is illegal in the United States. I decided to Google their company. That's when I found that others had been scammed in the same way, by the same "company" (see other entries about this same scam on ripoffreport.com).

We help other companies to improve quality of their customer service. Mystery Shopping use simple and very effectively method: we direct our agent to your company and ask him to act like usual customer.
Customer service staff don't know who is this customer indeed, so our agent can actual evaluate customer service.
Founding on data of agent research, Mystery Shopper can offer you an integrated suite of business solutions.
You will evaluate on customer service like: retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, hotels, casinos, etc.
As soon, as we will get a contract to do so, you will be directed to company with all funds you need to do the job.
It's necessary to stay anonymous.
Try to find out how they deal with difficult clients. After you need to write a detailed report contains: how long does it take to get served, customer service professionalism and politeness.
Payment:
There is two variants of the payment: $1400 per week or $5000 per month.
