Re: False Advertisement/Fraud
I purchased a Walmart money card on 5/20/13. I paid an initial $3 plus the money that I needed to add to make a car payment $280 = $283. On the same day, Walmart charged me another $3 without my knowledge. I was shocked to see this and left them an Internet message. No response so far. Below are the transactions on the card.

Yes, I should have read the fine print and not taken the Walmart representative's word at face value. It would have saved me a lot of confusion and frustration. By the way, you don't know me or of my accomplishments, so please keep your ugly comments to yourself.

You were not ripped off, well maybe by the education system cause you cannot read. It cost $3 every time you load money on the card. You also pay a $3 monthly service fee, which it clearly states on the information you posted. These are 2 different charges to use the card. All this information is in the Terms & Conditions if you took the time to read it.
