watchyz i placed an order with them pre paid and never received product or refund. they did tell me they will refund me but never did. sent text after text still nothing. Internet

i placed an order on December 8th for Christmas present. 2 months later never received item. contacted them by text they said it should be there soon that it was coming from Hong Kong. waited another month, texted them again. they said they will refund my money, did not receive refund. texed again, they said i will receive a refund on tuesday. never received it. i texed them again and again and they stopped responded. No product No refund
