watterfalls llc Greg Sloan $16,000.00 Grotto Ripoff by Greg Sloan Dade City, Florida
Greg Sloan, owner of Waterfalls LLC, of Dade City, Fl., scamed me out of thousands of dollars on a pool grotto, left my house with his 2 kids, and changed his phone number and several web sites are now down, gone.
My project is still on UTube and Twitter, with his kids on top.
I overnighted him a letter and pictures showing how dangerous and unsafe and life-threatening this project is, rough concrete edges, slide too dangerous to use, $1,300.00 of lights don't work. He took my concrete grinder and 2 large forms that I paid for and all the other stuff we bought, muradic acid, cleaners, never opened.
He left terrible sheets of fiberglass showing with dangerous rough edges, and the picture he was to build, my project is nothing even similar!!!
I overnighted him all the nasty pictures of my project, told him how bad he scamed me and that I wanted $3,000.00, for me to pay to have it corrected and made safe. He will not contact me, I also faxed this info to him.
My mistake was giving him my credit card #, he or his wife was using it nightly, although he was staying at my home, he was paid in full for the project before he even got here in Tn.
I have all he pictures and emails of what he was to build, I have a dangerous liability on my hands, I will not permit kids to use the slide.
I will take legal action against him.
