We Rent Sheds in Tennessee ...The supervisor over the Customer Service representatives name Ann (she would not give me her last name, she said it was against her security policy) I have been making payments for months by calling the same phone number that Ann is at and today she gets on the phone and told me it was against her security policy to send me a payment receipt on my email address because it was against her security policy.   

I have been receiving email receipts from We rent sheds for months on my email address and Ann said she could only (by request every time I call and make a payment) send me a Mailed by the post office payment receipt.  (she can send free email receipt but has to pay postage by the post office receipt. My email address is on my account and on we rent sheds file, but accordingly to Ann its against her security policy. 

 Ann is very rude, unprofessional and seemed to me that she had a personal problem with me.   All the times I have been calling WE rent sheds in months I have never come across such a problem with just making a payment.   Ann needs to STOP talking over Customers and learn how to been more accommodating to help with her personal problems.    I feel bad about even calling there anymore because of her.  Bad Attitude she Has.   I give her and WE rent sheds a 0------------------Stars.

Ann is very rude unprofessional like she has a personal problem she was talking over me she didn't seem like she was a customer service supervisor she is very bad and rude to deal with customers. 0-----stars Ann the Supervisor over Customer Service was Rude Unprofessional and She seems like she has a Personal Problem with me. TN
