Im not a competitor or angry friend, I was scammed by this company Webhostingpad.COM aka Webhostingpad.COM, inc. I perches hosting service and I pre paid for 12 moths up front, the deal was good ( to good to be truth ) so I fell in to that. after 32 day I visit my website and notice that there is nothing there, only window from Webhostingpad.com that my account is suspended, after 7 days calling to costumer service I was told that I need to open TICKET. I open ticket and receive respond after 6 days, that my hosting plan Is suspended because some one Log in to my account from different IP address, and the solution was to change password and log in information, also all files deleted from my server ( My website )

after all it was deleted I was trying to upload website again but when I try to add domain I was told by webf..ckgpad that this domain is already registered, this ticket deal was going on for 2 moths and the problem never solved. so BEWARE people this is how it works. YOU BUY SERVICE FROM WEBF KNGPAD.COM THEY GOT 30 DAYS MONEY BACK, AFTER 31 DAYS YOU"LL WILL RECEIVE SUSPENTION NOTICE AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, I MEAN NEVER EVEN IF YOU COME TO THEM PERSONNALY, OPEN TICKET PLEASE, AND ON THE TICKET EACH ENSWER FROM DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVE, THAT'S MEAN THAT NO ONE IS A GAVE A SH*T ABOUT YOU. YOU PAY AND BYE BYE.

IF YOU EVER WILL COME ACROSS THIS HELL, NEVER TO BUSINESS WITH THEM, OR JUST CHECK AT YOU OWN YOU"LL WILL BE BUSSY TO SUBMIT TICKETS, AND THEN YOU JUST GAVE UP, BUT WHEN TIME COMES TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, GUESS WHAT ? NO,NO,NO !!!!

I DID MISTAKE DON'T COPY THEM, GOOD LUCK MY FRIENDS, AND BY THE WAY I REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE FBI INTERNET CRIME UNIT, THEY UNDER BIG INVESTIGATION, I HOPE THEY WILL BE FU..KED WITH OUT OIL, BECAUSE OIL IS EXPENSIVE THESE DAYS.

GOOD LUCK

WebHostingPad.com is absolutely LAME

Webhostingpad.com is the worst hosting company I've ever worked with.

I purchased a hosting package a year ago.  I paid for everything up front.  After one year, they tried to auto-rebill me for another year's purchase, even though I did not authorize an additional purchase.

However - my credit card had expired.  So they couldn't auto-rebill.

They then sent my information over to a collection agency, who called and harassed me to pay them for the illegitimate charge.

The fact that it's a measly $83.90 isn't the point - the point is that I did not authorize a charge, and even after trying to communicate with them, they refused to work with me.

There are several hosting companies that I use and recommend - but webhostingpad.com is NOT one of them.  Their customer service is lousy, their product is lame, and their "forced continuity" program is anti-customer.

Webhostingpad.com is not a rip-off

Webhostingpad.com is not a rip-off. Webhostingpad.com uses cPanel/WHM as their hosting panels, and that suspension page is a generic suspension page that cPanel uses. You may see this page for a few reasons. The most popular reason is when you DO NOT PAY for your hosting. Another cause for suspension is if a phishing site or spam is being produces from your site. SO YES if you had someone else log into your account and setup a malicious shop then they have every right to suspend your account to protect themselves from being blacklisted. This is listed in their terms and agreements on hosting. Just cause your files were deleted doesn't mean webhostingpad.com did it, it was most likely done by a hacker cause of the fact your account was hacked into (logged into by someone other than you). I have no comment on the ticket system or their money back offer. I can however tell you from first hands experience that majority of the hosting companies will not help you get your site going. That is your responsibility, and they will not help you upload files etc.. You have to understand how hosting works in order to see the "other side" of this story. I know cause I own and operate my own hosting company. I know exactly how it works and all the "behind the scene" stuff. (No I do not own or in any way affiliated with webhostingpad.com) What I can tell you is that webhostingpad.com is a legit hosting company and a very good one at that. Their practices are on par with other hosting companies.
