Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband and I had missed two payments with some months inbetween accepted by WFHM. We missed these payments with WFHM having knowledge of it. One payment was in April 05 for me to go from Spfd. Mo. to Cox Ferry Circl, SC not for vacation either, this was to go to a 7yr old cousins funeral. Savannah Catherine Carroll. The other was for Christmas for our 4children in 05 as well. We finally sent a reg. payment along with a payment for one months missed to them in Jan?. 06, they sent it back and started foreclosure proceedings. They were now saying we were 5 months behind by the time WFHM, my husband and I came to forebearance repayment agreement. We sent them the first BIG payment ( which happened to actually be less then the combined two they sent back to us.) Which followed by 16 monthy payments of $829.51 each. These payments were about $200.00 additional to our "original" payment amount. They were suppose to get the back caught up and pay their attn. fees. This plan began in March of 06

You would think all is going to be O.K.. After finding out you have COPD (a terminal breathing illness), PTS syndrom, and nerve condition you get word from WFHM their foreclosing on you in Oct. 06 and went on untill Dec. 06 WHY? No real explanation except that we are 5 months behind. I proove to them we are in a repayment plan with some luck. After a call in Dec. 06 made by WFHM to me, that left me completely paniced and nervous. Feeling as though I could die from the anxiety alone, I end up getting an attn. who gets them to back off. They admitt their mistake and leave us alone wrighting off $329.51 of one payment because they had cashed extra $500.00. When I asked what if they try to get us for the $329.51 the lady higher up( I will leave her nameless for now) told me to refer any calls to her.

Good all is settled right!!! Wrong!! We sent in our 16th and final payment of the repayment plan July 2007. On July 13, 2007 the same day they posted our payment rcvd. they began forclosure for the 2nd time at "NO FAULT" of our own. We hear from them by phone to tell us we are in forclosure for "non-payment" the same day the $829.51payment came out of my checking account. We got the same attn. to help us on the matter, but because time is cruecial and the sale was set for Aug. 22, 2007 all we could do to "make sure our home" isn't sold out from underneath us, is file bankruptcy. So we did. Here we are still in our home for the time being. I know it's only a matter of time before they "strike again."

We will be safe from their harm for 3yrs. as all house payments go through the court now. Try and tell the court we didn't pay. I am looking to start a class action with an attn. and am doing some investication of my own to get names of people that this non-since has happened to. I am and will always be a nervous wreck now. You can not reverse the anxiety and nerve damage that has been done to me. Not to mention the 2 wrecks I had due to the mental anguish and stress they have caused. I am willing to do "what it takes" to get my story told..

I got a few dates wrong

Due to the continueal stress I got mixed up on my dates. My attorney has helped me to get the dates correct, so here is my updated story... November 2, 2007 An update and Follow-up to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Wells Fargo Bank Na 2 new stories on our local news in Springfield Missouri I believe with all the people who are losing or have lost their homes due to disaster reasons, are horrible enough without others having to worry about losing their home to people like WFHM. If WFHM say they are helping, then Wells Fargo HELP..... My Family's Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Story Our struggles began due to my husband's dad sudden decline in health. He passed away on Oct.22, 04 just 3 days after my birthday. His daughter, Shelly, and I (with help from others) took care of him for nine months in his home. With me being the one who had no job and was only going to college, it was more since able for me to quit school and take on the biggest part of his care away from my HUSBAND and our four CHILDREN. This way no-one lost their jobs and he had top notch care, by someone who loved him. Eventually the loss of my student loans caught up to us, even though I went straight to work 3-5 days after his funeral. My husband and I had missed two house payments with some month's in-between being accepted by WFHM. We missed these payments with WFHM having knowledge of it. One payment was in June 05 due to me going from Springfield, Mo. to Cox Ferry Circle, SC not for vacation; but for the funeral of a 7yr. old cousin in April 05. Savannah Catherine Carroll who suddenly passed way. The other was for school clothes for our 4children in Aug. 05 as well. WFHM took our payments until Jan. 06 when for no given reason they didn't take the Jan. 06 payment. I spoke to WFHM on the phone in Jan. 06 and they claimed they would help us to get caught up. Then in Feb. 06 we sent them Feb. 06 payment and a past payment together totaling $1336.00; they sent those two payments back and started foreclosure proceedings. They CLAIMED to be HELPING MODIFY our loan until we could get back on our feet yet they said we didn't qualify due to our income being in the red and not having enough money to pay ALL our bills. Yet they said they would ALLOW us a REPAYMENT PLAN instead. WFHM even told us we would not incur late fees and to not worry about sending in our payments. March of 06 we mailed March's payment only to get it back; they mailed our payments from Feb. 06 $1336.00 back to us on Feb. 16-06. The very next day Feb. 17, 06 they accepted $1344.87 from us. We sent them the first BIG payment (which happened to actually be only $8.87 more then the combined two they sent back to us.) This was followed by 16 monthly payments of $829.51 each. These payments were about $200.00 additional to our "original" payment amount, and were suppose to get the back caught up and pay their attn. fees. This plan began in April of 06. I thought all was going to be O.K... After finding out I have COPD (a terminal breathing illness), PTS syndrome, and a nerve condition we get word from WFHM their foreclosing on us again in Oct. 06 and went on until Dec. 06 WHY? No real explanation except that we are supposedly 5 months behind. I proved to them we are in a repayment plan with some luck. After a call in Dec. 06 made by WFHM to me, that left me completely panicked and nervous. Feeling as though I could die from the anxiety alone, I end up getting an attn. that gets them to back off. They admit their mistake and leave us alone writing off $329.51 of one payment because they had cashed extra $500.00. When I asked what if they try to get us for the $329.51 the lady higher up (I will leave her nameless for now) told me to refer any calls to her. I must let you know these people were very horrible mannered and rude. They treated me as though I was nobody. The anxiety I feel as I write is tremendous. I just can't believe how CRUEL and ILL mannered they were. No regards to anything you are saying and uneducated in their line of duty. It seemed to me as though I was the one WHO KNEW HOW to do their jobs. Good all is settled right!!! Wrong!! We sent in our 16th and final payment of the repayment plan July 2007. So we did. Here we are still in our home for the time being. I know it's only a matter of time before they "strike again." We don't know yet if we're going to get to keep our HOME. We have a Bankruptcy objection hearing Nov. 28, 2007 we will find out if we'll be safe from their harm for at least 3yrs. as all house payments go through the court now. I'd like to see WFHM try and tell the court, that the trustee didn't make our payment. I am wanting to find out how or if we can all start a class action against WFHM and am doing my best to get names of people that this non-since has happened to. I am and will always be a nervous wreck. You can not reverse the anxiety and nerve damage that has been done to me or all the others. Not to mention the 2 wrecks I had due to the mental anguish and stress they caused me to be under. I am willing to do "whatever it takes" to get my story told... The harassment and mental anguish they have caused to me and will cause to others in the future, has got to be stopped. This is neither morally nor legally right. We admitted we were wrong and paid back our dues... Now its time for WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE and WELL FARGO BANK N A to pay up and quit HURTING INNOCENT, ALREADY UNFORTUNATE STRUGGLING CITIZENS/PEOPLE. We should never have to deal with those PEOPLE again... Checkout...........www.ripoffreport.com put in search bar---- Wells Fargo Home Mortgage............ Then read away at the horrible things they have done to people...... mine is posted ANUT4POLRBARES Springfield, Missouri My name is Jennifer D. Van Cleve my Phone is 417-368-0168 WFHM/WFB is stating we are 6 months in default. WFHM/WFB has over charged late fees, added extra unexplained fees and charged fees for inspections, foreclosure fees, foreclosure costs, and proof of claims fees, property preservation fees, plan review and case monitoring fees as well. There are even charges for title policy fees, fees to state service of note and statutory expenses. I don't even know where they come up with this stuff but a lot of it surely can't be legal either.
