Werner LLC Omaha Nebraska Jeff Meeves, Carey Reed, Ken Robinson violations of State and Federal minimum wage laws, forcing drivers to haul hazardous materials without placards and hazmat endorsement, driver harassment, retaliations and racism Omaha Nebraska
I was asked and made to work from 5-9 hours and paid $20.00 to run what they call SHAG work, I was also made to haul hazardous materials without a placard and I don't have a Haz-mat endorsement. I was threaten to drive unsafe trucks with broken windows, no clearence lights, no mud flaps, steering off by as much as 90 degrees. I was written up for refusing to drive over hours and off the clock to deliver a load. I am harassed and retaliated against for reporting these issues. I reported these issues to Jeff Meeves and he said I must do what dispatch tells me to do or I will be fired. I have documents these incidents on the the digital qualcom system and have been retaliated against for 15 months straight. Every minority and some non-minorities have had the same issues, many have been fired, envolved in accidents and have hurt many on the road i heard of a werner driver that killed another driver on the road because of their complicit reckless criminal behavior. Werner drivers have been made to drive unsafe trucks and haul trailers with the ABS brakes not working and unsafe ball tires all these issues are unlawfull based on DOT regulations...I work the same job as non-white drivers the same job tasks with the same experience but get paid less. If you complain you are ruthlessly targeted for destruction and fired. Werner dispatchers profile drivers and single out those that want to driver legally and are removed from their job, they file false reports on your DAC's to ruin your CSA score to make sure you can't be hired at another trucking company. Werner is a terrorist company engaged in criminal activities I know of at least 58 others drivers this has happen to, and it's about time someone did something about this company before others are injuried and killed..
