Lets just say it was a nightmare!!West@home
I have been applying with them back an forth for 2 months it was at the end of the process, after doing online quetions tests etc.hoping that it would finaly be over with, and I could start working. They bassicly just said sorry we can not use you. I drove for 2 days trying to find a notery for my I9, paid for the notery an all the gas an my time spent.
I do believe that this company has discrimanated agaist me, as it was not until I sent my drivers licence
that everything was going forward.
This has caused me other jobs as they should have stated that they can not use me earlier, in the hire process.
I need this money as it was an exra job which would have helped me get by.

I agree about the discrimination. I didn't even get that far with the company.
I was able to do the 3 part phone recording for the first part of their process. Now I have done this 2 times, and according to their policy you have to wait 6 months between applying.
I was denied a position on both occassions, even though my experience is superior. Now it wasn't my nationality, or my accent that did not allow me the job. It was because I was a male. Alorica prefers female voices to answer the phones.
