West Sound Services Bait and switch housing scam Lake Tapps Washington
We were desperate to find a home because my husband had found a new job, and there just didn't seem to be many in the areas that we were looking at, so we were stupid and bought into this scam. We paid this company 1,700 because they said that they would buy us a home through the use of an investor.
We went out and found a house the first day of looking, but their sister company, FCCI, never turned in the paperwork for the offer to be considered, so we lost the houe.
They then told us we needed to find another house, but it needed to be a foreclosure. Total bait and switch. First it's pick what you want, then only foreclosures and distressed properties. We never agreed to these terms, and were running out of time to move. I had to register my kids for school. My daughter has Autism, and the district needed to know she was coming in order to get her a paraeducator.
My husband never signed any paperwork, I did for him, which makes the contract invalid, on top of the fact they never delivered their end of the deal.
Now they just ignore my emails and calls. They wont give us our money back either, so I think it's time for a laywer to step in.
I don't know how these predators sleep with themselves at night.
