Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have had trouble with this company since day 1. First of all, my car was repossessed without any notice whatsoever. I called the company to see why and I was told that I was late on payment. To make a long story short I paid my bill in advance and they decided to take the amount of the "back end" instead of putting it toward my car payment. So in there system it showed I did not make a payment. I called to see if this could be readjusted and of course it couldnt and it wasnt.

I called to find out how much it would be to get my car back and talked to 5 different people who gave me 5 different prices!! The last payment amount was over $1400.00 so I paid that amount using money gram. After I called 6 times and talked to 6 different people (hang ups and transfers) they told me they receieved the payment but it would be 48 hours before I could get my car. Now, I have no idea where my car is and when I ask the reps I am told " we cannot give you that information until the paperwork is complete and your car is released.

2 days later, I call to find out the location of my car and was finally told where it was and the rep added "your car was ready 2 days ago." Frustrated at this point, I let the rep have it! I fussed about the poor quality of service I received and she responded by " i dont understand why you are upset."  I go to pick up my car and was told I needed to pay them $75 payable in money order only for storage fees! (you are kidding, right!??) I pay and drive away with my car.

Fast forward 2 weeks, i go online to view my account and it shows i owe over $1200!!! I am pissed at this point. I call to ask why this amount is due and was told that the $1200 is repo costs and a car payment. When I ask what the $1400 was for (because it should have been repo charges) i was given the runaround. I was transferred 7 times, still given no answer. the reps were very rude and unconcerned. Finally, I ask for a supervisor and got hung up on. I am at the end of my rope....I am currently still on hold to talk to someone
