I dislike westlake financial. They are not understandable and dont help people in need. I wish i never went through them for a vehicle. Never again. They customer service sucks bad.

You were PLACED with this SUBPRIME lender because no bank with lower interest rates would touch you. Why? Because YOU gave yourself a reputation of NOT paying your bills on time. Fast forward to today and you're wailing about "helping people in need" and bad "customer service". They aren't your personal charity. GROW UP and start paying your bills on time instead of being a serial deadbeat! No, I don't work for them.

You really mean you failed to pay in a timely manner and their COLLECTION SERVICE sucks bad...right?
You are a proven serial deadbeat to even be dealing with them in the first place. This means you are CERTAIN to default at some point of your loan and you just lived up to all expectations.
