Wholesale Diamonds Incorporated sam martinez LIARS FRAUDS THIEVES on so many levels flower mound, Texas
Sam Martinez and Tom Holthaus run wholesale diamonds incorporated. (WDI) They enlist ebay sellers with established ebay reputations to sell diamonds for them on ebay. This should have been a red flag right there. but i decided to try them out as it seemed a good way to make some extra money without any initial cash outlay. It works like this: they have a diamond ring or pair of earrings for sale. I list them on Ebay, take in the buyer's money, send it to Sam Martinez and Tom Holthaus, and then they ship the diamonds to the seller while I make 5% of the sale just for listing the item and transaction the sale. At first, it was ok. I made some money, but eventually I started racking up some negative feedback for items that weren't as described. Their diamonds come with a lab certificate from NSADG. I checked it out and it is a fake lab created by Sam to overstate his diamonds and make more money. By this time I had sold almost a hundred items for sam and tom and the negative feedback was piling up. I stopped selling for them and in the coming month I was hit with over thirty ebay cases where nothing was received at all by the buyer. My positive feedback is now at around 60% (down from 100%) and I owe around $20,000 to ebay sellers for money that Sam took in and didnt follow through with his end of the deal. It has been a huge nightmare and I have had to sue Sam and Tom in civil court as well as file criminal fraud charges.
PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS. HIS DEAL SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BECAUSE IT IS. HE AND TOM ARE FIRST RATE SCAMMERS AND WILL RUIN YOUR EBAY NAME.

I have no idea who this Sam Martinez is referring to. They ruined my ebay store and left me owing 20,000 in refunds because of sales i transacted on ebay and they either never sent anyhting out, or took in a return and never refunded the money

Unfortunately, the customer was unsatisfied.
Yes, he actually complained, however we reminded him of our 100% money back guarantee.
Then we asked him to ship the earrings back with tracking & insurance.
The earrings were NEVER returned to us, so we were not able to issue a refund.
As a result LUCAS HORTON OF DALLAS, TEXAS began to demand a refund even though the tracking
number showed that the earrings were never returned to us.
Horton said he would repeatedly post reports on Ripoffreport until we paid him.
We have these e-mails if anyone doubts us; along with his threats that he'll leave false negatives
on eBay amongst other illegal activities.
We are working with the authorities to file an extortion case against Horton.

left for others and you will see that he has a pattern of feedback extortion.
