Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Wildblue Communications Inc should have their commercial license revoke by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), chamber of commerce and state licensing board in all 50 states in the Union. The deceitful low life tactics used by this company is beyond comparison.

This episode started with the cancellation of my service due to the expiration date on the credit card used to pay the auto draft payment. Wildblue contacted me by mail four months after the card had expired. They had my telephone number and email address and still failed to contact me. I was not aware that the card had expired until I was notified in March by letter from Wildblue stating my Internet service had been terminated for non- payment. I rarely us this card and had not notice the expiration date. The Internet service was for my wife. She rarely used the service simply on occasions to stay in contact whenever I travelled on business.

I proceeded to telephone Wildblue customer service to explain the situation and was passed to the accounting and the sales departments to set the record straight and provide them with the necessary updated information they requested. I was assured that the matter would be handled and the Internet service would be restored.

According to the bank statements, the Internet service was terminated in November the previous year, one month after being established. Wildblue re-instated the auto-pay draft immediately and drafted four months of back payment for which I had no Internet service. They continued to draft my account for additional six months until I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop. This was the only choice or option open to me to stop the non-service draft from credit card.

Prior to canceling my credit card, I spent an entire week on the telephone with customer service, technical support and a sales representative I had spoken with six months earlier. This person assured me that the Internet service would resume.

After one complete week of calling and being put on hold for hours at a time, and I am not exaggerating one iota. I get a telephone message via an answering service from a supposedly manager higher up the food chain, telling me everything had been resolved and to call her back. I placed several calls and left messages trying to reach this individual but to no avail.

Wildblue never made an honest effort to correct their disservice to me as a customer experiencing a real logistical nightmare.

Thirty days later, after Wildblue communications informed me verbally, that they would credit my account, this has not materialized. I am still waiting. There is one thing for sure.

Make no mistakes about it, Wildblue is a fraud with a come-on offering nothing but headaches and A--aches. Whatever you do, stay away from Wildblue or your days will be blue.
