William Franklin/ LA Design/Tiffany Prewitt Total Scam: Charges for services and will not complete LA CA/Nationwide
I posted a Craigs List add for a SalesForce consultant to change settings on our database. I paid William for 6 hours and spoke to him on the phone for two hours. He then re-invoiced me for an additional 10 hours and I stated I would pay 5 hours upp front and 5 after the job was completed being that he charged for 6 hours to accomplish nothing but send e-mails stating he was doing "something". After speaking to Salesforce reps, they reviewed my database and informed me William never logged into the site and absolutely nothing had been accomplsihed for weeks. I hired another IT consultant and they stated what I needed to be done would only take 6 hours total to begin with and was minimal work.
My biggest mistake was forgetting to Google William. He has a tremeondouse amount of negative reports on the internet.
William (Who invoices under Tiffany Prewitt on PayPal) never completed any work and to date has not refunded any monetary amount back to my account. I reported him to Paypal and Salesforce as a scam artist. If William (or Tiffany) rip you off, report him to the IRS. He may not be paying taxes on his stolen income, which then becomes a Federal Offence to include prison time.
I will get reimbersued by William/Tiffany one way or the other-even if it takes getting it back by making him pay the Ferderal Government.
