Robert Mann of WIN or Worldwide Intelligence Network totally screwed up our case for child custody. We saved our money to hire an Investigator to help us. This man advertises "retired federal officers" in every state. We spoke to our so called Investigator who was not a retired officer of anything.
They were late arriving to the place we told them by an hour and even had the wrong house even though we told them 3 times where to go. A school kid could have done a better job then these so called proffsionals did.
We are reporting them to the Texas BBB as well and trying to get our money back.
Dont hire these guys they are terrible at best and a total waste of money

many of these private investigation firms are good and honest but a few like this company need to be reported. Have you tried contacting an attorney or filing an action agaisnt him or the company? Next time check these people out this company needs to be reported Shawnell
