This was a home that someone could not make payments on and lost in a foreclouser from the bank. For peoples information we was doing great until they did this to us. As far as people feeling quilty for me and my Family, that is not why I did this. I did it to stop it from happening to other people and them lose everything they have. The people that do these scammes they should be put under the jail for doing it!

Yeah, I'm gonna scam you, too, but anyone as gullible as you will get scammed again and again so I feel no guilt putting your money in my pockets.

Every time I get one of these scam emails, I say to myself "why do they bother? Nobody will fall for this!". After a few weeks on this depressing site, I see I was wrong.
When they emailed you OUT OF THE BLUE saying you were approved, but then needed $1500, this did not raise any red flags with you? And BTW, what kind of house were you going to buy with only 20K?
