The customer (complainant) wanted to purchase 10 headset and pay for shipping only once. The customer was instructed to purchase the headsets and we would reimburse them for the shipping charges. The customer purchased only one headset and the headset was shipped. The customer then complained that we only shipped one headset and they wanted 10. We told the customer that we would be willing to sell the customer the rest of the headset at the price that he wanted to pay and ship them FREE of freight (so that he would not pay a penny more then he wanted to pay originally). The customer never responded to our offer to correct the misunderstanding. We have tried to contact this customer many times but he has not responded.
