I purchased the wizetrade software to see if it would work. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, or until their training session which is about 14 days later, whichever comes first.

After two weeks, I knew the product would not work as advertised and I took the software back to the training session with every intent to return it. At the training event, they told me that all of the techniques they had discussed before are no longer valid, and that new techniques really made the difference. They also told me not to return it until I gave it another try, along with wizefeed and wizefinder. They implied that I should try it, and if I was not happy I could cancel without charge for 10 days.

The next business day, I tried to install the additional software and tried to get it to work. It wouldn't. I called wizetrade customer support, and they could not get it to work. The remoted in to my computer and tried everything, but it still would not work. The supervisor of tech support could not get it to work, even though they said my computer was fine.

Wizetrade would not refund one penny. Even though it was one business day after training (and still 12 days remaining for the 30 day period), they would not refund the cost.

It is all a big scam to lure people in with a guarantee, and then they will do everything they can not to honor it.
