First encounter with Wood Dash Factory was about a year ago when they sent me a dash kit that was missing pieces. No big deal.
the big deal was trying to get the pieces out of them. They don't return phone calls, they are rude, they just don't have any concern for customers. I finally did get the pieces.
Second dealing was recently, which I figured I would give them another chance and the benifit of the doubt that mistakes happen and companies do have idiots working for them. This last transaction was with the owner, Scott. Two weeks had gone by and still hadn't received item. So I started calling to find out the deal. then the nightmare started and I found out the owner was an idiot also.
I guess that's why the employees get away with it. no return calls, you have to keep calling with no results. I finally decided I had had enough and decided to cancel. The nightmare got worse.
I was first told the item could not be cancelled but it would be shipped the next. The next day turned into the next, then the next day, etc... I finally demanded the item be cancelled before shipping.
Now they hang the phone up when I call, still no cancellation or item of course. The owner called me a "Son of a b***h" for ordering from another company after I cancelled. Strange business practices so beware.

As the owner Im not happy of the claims against my company.A simple solution could be reached if we did somthing wrong.And we do not keep money that dosnt belong to us ,so if I new who you were I could look in to the facts,and Ive spent hours trying to search your name and city.1.I find it very hard to beleive that if were so bad, why would you do buisness with us a second time.2. We get yelled AND SWORE AT,WE DO NOT SWARE AT OTHERS,as anyone can see YOU DO! You called me and my employees idiots 2 times and you put sware words on the letter.We've sold or installed over 100,000 wood dash kits and or spoilers since 1986, and I dont want your money. Call me if I owe you a refund.As the owner ,I know threw my thousands of custumers and freinds we have built up over the last 18 years, somthing is fishy with this story im sure ripoffreport is trying to help consumers,but i hope they let me answer this crazy accusation
