Found your service on the Internet and was alerted that I am not alone in my complaint about WorldCom Wireless. This complaint comes on behalf of my father, Henry, who is 85 years old and signed up with WorldCom because the Automobile Club of America (AA) endorsed the emergency cell service with the enticement that there would be a "free" cell phone.
I alerted the president of AA about they should never have solicited the senior citizens and endorsed WorldCom Wireless due to the lack of service, the difficulty in getting a "live" body on the phone to ask a question and the confusion and deception of the billing system.
Without belaboring the details, let it suffice in saying that my efforts as a professional business person to reach anyone in this company were futile. More than one hour on hold each time and no one answers the phone. It's all very outrageous and those that have a complaint should also be writing to the NYS Attorney General's office in Albany.
