now first thing....i don't think what they did was right...but while working for a local phone provider/LTD....i found that there is no law that states companies have to send out a bill each month...that is actually a gesture that they do for the customers.... well then again that is never the case....sending out a bill each month makes people pay...the hidden truth for the general pop...we don't see it then it does not exist...so remember that each time you get a bill from a company and you think...oh yeah i forgot...that is something that they did for you and for them....so if you owe the money pay if not it will follow you... if you want to see the calls and the min used call up there cust srvc and ask them to go over it with you...if it is wrong they are not going to lie to get the money....paper should leave a clean trail for an audit.... you are not the only one that feels this way...beleive me....but in the end usually it is something that is fixable...if not you go to the next person...but you have to make an effort with the scr first to go on to a coach or help dept and then in the end a supervisor. thank you
