After recieving the product, I read about several people that were very unhappy with the product and called to get a refund but were not able to get any money back even if they called right away and cancelled...I became worried and decided I didnt want to go through a hasle so I called on the 26th of September 2007 to cancel my order and was told I would still be charged but would receive a check two weeks after returning the unused product. I explained that I did not want to be charged because I was calling before the date they specified but the phone operator continued to tell me they were going to charge my card because it was their policy (note above they state I would not be charged - EVER if I called in time).

I asked if I could speak to someone else and she refused to let me talk to anyone else and just kept saying "please just accept what I am telling you and you will receive a refund in two weeks after we receive the product back" I told her I did not agree with that and she said " I realize your frustrations, we have had alot of people calling to complain, just please return the product and you will receive a check in two weeks after we receive your product" I was getting really frustrated, realizing the person was just reading a script and I would not get anywhere, so what I had to do was cancel my credit card and explain to my credit card company that this company was not authorized to make a second charge on my card.

I hope someone can do something about this company before too many people get ripped off by them.
