www.alchemy-works.com Alchemy works I ordered from this company on Feb, 6. I just found out today my order was rejected because the owner thought we were an escort service. When I tried to call the owner to reslove the issue he hung up elmira, New York
I ordered herbs and oils from this ompany on feb 6. All this time I am waiting for a package and it never comes. I heck today and find out my order was rejected by the owner and this is what he wrote in my account

What is he talking about? I just this phone not even a month ago. I tried to call him and ask what the problem was and he hung up on me. I looked my new number up and it did belong to an esort and in her piture she was black maybe he doesnt like black people i dont know but this was weird. So know if you place an order he will reswearh your phone number and other personal info before filling your order.

The individual who posted this complaint attempted to use someone else's Paypal account to purchase from my shop and is mad because I would not fill the order and refunded the purchase immediately. The individual gave a phone number to an escort service as the contact phone number on Paypal. The phone number on the order was to a pizza joint. The order was supposedly placed by someone who lived at "4010" in Cincinatti, no street address except that number. The order was to be shipped to a cheap hotel in Glendale, CA, a long way from Cincinatti, no room number given.The email addresses given are for a person who has a profile on "hiboobs.com" and are associated with escort services and ratings of same. This individual further used three different names during this process. All of this spells one thing: fraud. Yes, I do look up information about purchases that I consider to be possibly fraudulent. That is to protect my business and my customers. And on this occasion, I lost my temper with this very amateurish would-be thief.
1 I used my paypal account
2 it was refunded three days later
3 the number on the order is the samem on paypal which is it a pizza place or an escort service ( total lie)
4 I lived in Dayon ohio which is one of my paypal addresses
5 the cheap hotel was glen capri where celebrities shoot movies I used my boyfriends name for shipping because mine was not on the 600 dollar a week lease (are you serious)
6 who cares what someone does with their personaql life I have been in business for 10 yrs and never ared who my clients had profiles with.
I can prove all of these thing but he can not. He assumed and attacks a customer who wanted nothing more the herbs for bak pain and headaches. Then he came here and attacked me without ever talking to me or anything. Paypal has proctection against fraud if they thought it was fraud they would have stopped the order. The man is odvisoulsy racist and that is why he rejected me order. I am mad I was insulted I ordered my herbs from a new site and can not wait to get them.

I did not attempt to use anyone elses paypal account and can prove it is mine. I tried to contect the owner but they were UNWILLINGLY to even listen. Must companies will at least talk to you and find out if there is an issue before leaving vicious comments on their BUSINESS, VERFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT! I would not do business with this company becazuse I have been in business over 10 years and would never treat a customer with so much disrespect without KNOWING the truth. You know what they say about assuming. Again he came here with lies attakin a customer instead of contacting me or paypal to learn the truth.
