Wynn Plus Extended Care Ripoff BREA, California
I bought a used car last year and the deleraship impressed on me to get the extended warranty because of the high mileage on the car. Last week my car started to experience transmission problems and i immediately took it to Kennedy Transmission and they recommended that i had to do extensive work. I gave them my warranty papers and they called Wynn and on Wednesday 09/28/09 they sent an inspector to check on the work. He said that they will not cover the work because there a modification that was there when i bought the car. I called their Claims department they gave me a run around at the end they were adamant that they will not pay for. I called Crystal Motors who sold me the car the Sales a Mr. AL Klein said that my only recourse is to sue Wynns Extended and Crystal Motors. $2000.00 warranty and i have no car. What Rip off!!!!!
