Two years ago, I called to cancel one of my three xm radio recievers. They continued to send a bill for all three, so I called again to cancel. They said I had not completed my cancellation, so I told them to cancel again....THEY DID NOT. I recieved a notice that if I dont sign up for a year or more contract my rates will double. I have called three times trying to cancel my service, and they wont cancel.

I guess I will file a complaint with the BBB and my credit card, and ask that they do not allow additional charges.

It is ridiculous that the company just refuses to acknoledge a cancel and continues to charge its customers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CAUGHT IN BILLING HELL.
