THIS IS WHAT I WROTE TO PAYPAL RESOLUTION....

I am very dissatisfied that i have not come to a resolution via email and had to resort to the paypal resolution center. I received my item over a week and a half ago and reported it damaged the day i got it. The item was a monogram cake topper that was scratched had burn marks where the sticks where welded to the letters. The stick anchoring the "P" on was broken right off and the rhinestones where slopply glued on all letters. This was due to a poorly packed and shipped item. The three letters were placed in a cheap organza bag with two piece of bubble wrap on the outsides of the letters allowing them to rub and scratch eachother the entire trip from california to ny. The post office had it stamped "receieved damaged". This was not the only problem the crystals where not Swarovski crystals which are a much more valuable and visually stunning type of rhinestone then the glass ones placed on the cake topper we received. This is false advertising. They state it in the header of my auction. I wrote the company and at first they offered me a replacement. I did not want the same thing i wanted the Swarovski crystal monogram letters that i paid 42 dollars for not the cheesy glass ones i received. Then they started just being rude by sending me qoutes from the ebay auction that stated rhinestones. Swarovski crystals are made in rhinestones. They were just trying to cover up the problem. Now they are stating that if i want a refund i can go to there refund center. Which you dont get refunded for shipping have to pay the return shipping and then they take 20 percent off the top. So i am out alot of money. They have also managed to make a great deal of hassle. So finally i said i would take a replacement because i had no time to get anything else cause they take 3 days to get back to you and they just keep offering the refund. I want my full 51.18 back. it is not my fault they false advertise and that they poorly pack there items.

By the way the owner is miao su and i found a listing for him on 411.com if anyone is intersted it might be him it might not but it is only 20 min for the efavormart head quarters
