Hey guys,
I have been using their services for a while now and have not had any real issues. There have been a few delays here and there, but they have been straight forward with the service..refunds if the service aint possible..asking for more time etc etc. So its not been such a downhill experience for me as such. I also recently saw a documentary called the Second Skin- which talks about WoW and other RPG players...some of the employees are interviewed. So seems pretty legitimate to me. They dont seem all in all out to do fraud like people claim. Atleast I havent experienced it so far.

I had to call their toll-free number after placing my order to let them know when my son would be playing so it did not interfere with his "entertainment" time that he gets after getting his homework done. My son and I have a deal wherein he gets to play video games after school work. He kept complaining to me about not having enough time to get anywhere in the game and was asking for more hours. He said he might as well not even play the game since it isn't fun being a "low level" character. I did not want to increase his gaming hours because as a worried mother, I don't want him to get addicted to this game. So I contacted this company to help out as I've heard a lot of positive feedback about them from other parents during a PTA meeting about dealing with video game addiction for our kids. Needless to say, when I called their toll-free number, I spoke to a rep from the company who was very helpful and supportive to my goals as a parent. The customer service rep, Jennifer, even advised me about a feature in the game called "Parental Controls" that I can use to make sure my son isn't playing over his time. She took the time to walk me through the process of setting it up in the account management page. I was surprised to see this report when another parent told me about it after I recommended the company to her. Since I had a very good personal experience with them, I will still continue recommending them to my friends, family, and fellow parents who need help preventing their kids from falling into a gaming addiction that is so prevalent in today's digital world. Just the other day, I was reading disheartening articles about how video game addiction is a national health problem and how psychologists were classifying gaming addiction as a new mental illness. I felt that they not only cared about my son's game character, they also made me feel less worried and stressful about my son's possible gaming addiction. I am not a gamer myself but I learned a lot from them so that I could talk to my son about gaming addiction and have a much better open communication with him. Because they had a toll-free number, it made it easy for me to call them and talk to them whenever I was getting worried about my son and the game. The reps I spoke with gave me and my family a deeper personal level of attention than any other company I've dealt with in my 30+ years as a consumer.

""" he issue is the company had a product that they were selling. Whether it was right or not to be buying they advertised it on a webpage and put their company name on it and put their word into it that this would be carried out. They also promised refunds and communication is a proper amount of time. All of this constitutes fraud. That is the point.""" I understand your point. If this was a legitimate business then you would have grounds to stand on. As it is, the company is engaged in fraud against blizzard, so its no surpirse you got ripped off. The mafia could advertise "products" also, but that doesn't make them legal and it doesn't stop them from ripping you off. Good luck getting your money back.

Thank you Keith for responding to me and i am sorry this has happened to you also. I wish we were a better world also where we would not have to deal with these kind of backwards ways people do business. Ashley although you did not seem to grasp the issue at hand you did pretty much condone this type of act happening to fellow humans. Although I did buy a "product" from this company I did realize within the first week that I did not need another person to help me with my acount. I also did realize Blizzard in this fact. This is not the issue. The issue is the company had a product that they were selling. Whether it was right or not to be buying they advertised it on a webpage and put their company name on it and put their word into it that this would be carried out. They also promised refunds and communication is a proper amount of time. All of this constitutes fraud. That is the point. But thank you for your comment. Keith I would love to hear from you regarding this issue witht his company to see if you came to any peaceful resolution. Here's my complaint in detail: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/439/RipOff0439305.htm In summary, Mr. Frederick Yeh and his company are cheats. They epitomize many of the downfalls and dangers of doing business over the internet, usurping the goodwill and cooperation that have brought e-commerce this far. I pray they will get their just due for their tactics.

So you were attempting to defraud Blizzard by conducting illegal services on your account and you got ripped off by a company who knows they are doing a service that is a violation of Blizzard's terms of service. You do realize if Blizzard finds out you let anyone have your account that it will be taken away from you with no refund also? Just play the d**n game yourself. Serves you right to get ripped off for cheating and attempting to defraud blizzard.
