This company frequently sends cabs to the wrong address then their dispatchers are extremely rude when you phone back to inquire about the cab. (They ask for your name, telephone number, address, number of passengers, cash or credit.)Three times in the last week when I called back,they asked if I was at a certain location and I responded no, I was picked up there YESTERDAY, today I am at a different place. They seem to send cabs to the last place you called from days prior. My company calls this company at least three times a day from a certain address yet their drivers can't find it and they never call back to get directions or SAYthey can't find it. So you wait an hour or more, then are treated VERY rudely.

There seems to be more to this story as except for a business such as a bar I can not really see where a company would need to call a cab 3 times a day. But reguardless of the business if your company is calling them 3 times a day and they say they can't find the address then why do you keep calling them? There is probably no less than half a dozen other cab companies in Phoenix that you could call.
