I ordered a bladeless fan in july of this year.  I was told it was backlogged and I would receive it the 2nd week of aug.  the second week of august came and they took the money out and send i would be receving the fan within 9  to 10 days.  i didn't receive it.  called them on sept 4 to see why i hadn't received the fan.  A very rude man told me it would be sent out fri.  fri came and went.  still no fan.  help.
