On Black FRiday Yummy Hair Extensions had a great deal and opportunity for me to buy some good hair, I researched all the reviews and trusted in them to give my hair working family money in return for the deep curly hair. As they said, I was about to "Invest in the Best". I did this, got it weaved in, followed all the tips and tricks and not too long, around 4 weeks later I noticed what I was dreading, the hair suddenly started to bunch up at the front and became extremely dry, as it was curly hair I thought that this was normal and proceeded to brush the hair which judging by the reviews said that it was not needed, all that was required for such good hair was spritz of water, a little serum and non-alcohol based products. The matting became so bad that I decided to brush the hair out completely BUT doing this made my brush FULL of broken and full length strands, It looked like I had brushed an animal, I was really shocked at the amount of hair, but nonetheless as this was the first brush I thought that it was again 'normal' so I washed and it and it regained its curl....as it dried the hair BUNCHED UP into a matted ball at the same places! Other issues that followed were short bits of hair fallen off the ends, immense dry strands, matting hair and overall an embarrassing weave on my head that now nolonger looked like the hair that I had freshly pulled out of the bag. Its really upset me and I at first blamed myself because it was weaved on and not made on a wig like most of the other Youtube girls who purchased the hair so when I emailed Yummy Hair Extensions I explained what had been going on. I sent that email.
I did not get a REPLY FOR A MONTH.
WHEN they replied it was because I went along and sent another email telling them I have not yet recieved a reply.
They sent me tips and tricks and suggested that I use a certain product. I explained to them that such products were not available in my country. I am in Europe. Regardless hair should not be of a usable quality SUBJECT to a specific brand of hair products. I explained that I am using a good quality hair product that are available here and seeing as we fell at that hurdle what other solution can they offer me, with that I sent them pictures of what I use AND AGAIN I NEVER HAD A REPLY after that.
I just do NOT understand why I am having such bad luck with this hair when everyone else on youtube is raving about its soft, non-shedding high quality weft!? Like! What is going on here! I know good quality I have hair from other very expensive companies and its still in amazing condition so what is going wrong here with Yummy??
Needless to say, I felt stressed, frustrated and so upset that I had wasted a lot of money that could of gone to good use elsewhere like my family and that guilt alone just told me to leave it, not harrass again for a reply and if they had a care they would reply to me eventually if not immediatly. I took the weave out and joined instagram
I commented on their Instagram Page. They told me to contact them again via email. I emailed. Auto-reply said they will reply in 24-48. 48hours later - I got no email reply. I commented again on the Instagram Page and by the very next day as I go back to check if they replied to me there I WAS BLOCKED.
YUMMY HAIR EXTENSIONS may be great for some but for the ones that have issues they do not give a d***. I think this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever ever experienced in my life, the biggest waste of money I have ever spent on beauty products and I feel sick and ashamed that I ever believed and bought into this online business!
ALL I wanted was curly hair!
