I placed an order for 3 bundles of hair and a closure. The hair they sent to me was damaged. I needed it by a deadline because I was going out of town. Instead of an exchange, the company offered to refund me if I placed a second order with overnight shipping. I did. Together, both orders totaled over $1400. They then agreed to refund me for the first offer upon return. I shipped the hair back and they never refunded my money. After several emails, they gave me a partial refund but kept $203 of what was to be refunded to me. I've emailed them and contacted my bank to no avail. I've requested to speak with the owner as well. To add insult to injury, the hair they sent to me was nothing like the description on the website. It shed all over the place. The closure and frontal went bald. The hair tangled and matted. It was a very expensive nightmare! I would never do business with this company and I've alerted several stylists to refrain from doing business with them as well. They stole from me and refused to rectify. The hair was a hot mess. DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR. INDIAN IS BETTER! Stay away from yummy. It is not worth the money. They have the rudest customer service.
