Ok so I decided to go to every site that I can go to and let it be known that yummy hair extensions are not ...NOT..selling virgin hair. This is my fault that I didn't go with my gut instinct and spent almost 800 bucks for hair.

I usually buy from another company which I won't name because I don't want people thinking I'm just writting this negative review to promote another hair company. Absolutely not....I decided to try yummy due to mostly rave reviews..and the company I usually order from takes wayyyyy to long to send out her product. So I contacted yummy on fb..which took them days to respond to. Then I emailed them which they responded to in one day ( good)...

i asked if they have a certificate of authenticity...which EVERY VIRGIN hair company does provide!! She answered back she has NO SUCH CERTIFICATE...really? Ok so I still ordered it anyway. The hair came here and looked nice from far away...but then I looked closer..and I found a BLUE, GREEN, AND YELLIW hairs...at that point I wanted to cry because that means there's FILLERS in this hair!! After a week..ONE WEEK of wear..it became hard..I had to keep cutting the ends..and condition it every other day so that it stayed soft! Shedding wasn't terrible but it does shed...tangles also ..not to an extreme of matting up but it does knot up...the hair looks so bad that I'm now going to spend more money to replace it!!please read the comments on YouTube videos about yummy...please pay attention to the ladies that have had bad reviews..because I didn't!! And now I'm so pissed off...all the youtube gurus that got their yummy hair for free are raving about this horse hair and it's all lies..,you will find the truth in the comments I just didn't pay attention cause I needed hair ASAP.....yummy hair extensions dosnt even tell you if the hair is indian or not and they won't disclose the type of hair it is either when you ask them..,because what are they gonna say oh it's been freshly chopped off our horse!! So mad and yummy if you read this i ordered from you alil over a month ago first name is Racheal AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN..and I will let everyone I know to not order from you.,every hair site I know I will also aware ..and yes I will be hitting up my favorite site BHM..what your doing is fraud..it's wrong..you charge over 200 a bundle for horse hay hair!! It's wrong we work hard for our money..I was so excited to get product from you..smh...until I actually got it...do not order from yummy aka bummy

Wow...I feel so bad for this company.  I have been wearing hair extensions for over 10 years and this company is the ONLY company that has provided with me consistent fabolous hair.  Their customer service is also great. There are so many hair companies out ithere now that claim to sell "good quality" hair and yummy is one company that ACTUALLY does that!  I really wish you had contacted them first before submitting this post because this does not look good for them at all.  I really hope my post gets submitted because I want people to actually gives this company a try. Unlike other companies (will not mention them), you know they will resolve your issue should one arise.  For those who want to know, I have purchased the Russian Fede Straight, Caribbean waves and Deep Curl from this company and I LOVED every single install.

update..I just wanted to add to this report. Yummy hair has sent me a new batch of hair that is beautiful. They handled this so professionally and kindly. I should have contacted them before writing this report. I just assumed that they wouldn't care like most companies  ,but I was wrong. Definatly a happy customer

I appreciate that you responded....sorry ..it was kind of harsh...I was honestly very upset..I'm not rich..not poor either..but took me a while to come up with the money so I was truly upset..but yummy extensions did send me an email stating they would actually send me new hair. Truly impressed with that alone. Nice to see a company that cares about their customers.
