They charge $15.99 for postage for and item that is $20 in store and they also charge more incase you dont return their ripped plastic. Also the shield does get scratched if it rubbed in your pouch or pocket. ZAGG is sadly a ripoff for Canadians at least where shipping costs $15.99. I am not sure how much postage they charge for Americans. Also if you register the return plastic, it will cost you a lot, and if you dont, you are at their merci not to aknowlege the reciept. JUST TOO MUCH HASSLE AND COST TO pay FOR A $20 piece of plastic. Disposable Contact lenses are $5 and htey are medical!!

i can attest to this person saying this warranty is a scam.. i bought this zagg shield and afteronly a few days it started to peel off around the edges.. i finally got through the difficult process of requesting a replacement when i found out that they wanted 15 dolalrs to ship me the new shield!!! are you kidding me? theres no way on earth that thing costs 15 dollars to ship!!! they are just pocketing teh rest... plus they wanted to authorize my credit card for another 15 dollars in case i didnt return the old shield!!! these people are ripping people off and its gonna come down on theme sooner or later,,, people arent THAT stupid.. LIFETIME WARRANTY.. yeah right.

I can assure you that ZAGG's Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is not a ripoff. ZAGG agrees to send a new invisibleSHIELD to you if your invisibleSHIELD ever becomes damaged while protecting your device. You are required to pay the shipping fee and to return your damaged invisibleSHIELD to ZAGG.
After requesting a replacement invisibleSHIELD you receive a letter from ZAGG explaining the return process. We always recommend sending the invisibleSHIELD back via a traceable method, but we do not require it. We send out several reminder emails saying that we haven't received your invisibleSHIELD before your account is actually charged. After 60 days if your item is not returned we will charge your credit card to cover the amount of the product that we sent you.
If you do return your invisibleSHIELD after the charge has been made and we will still offer a full refund to your credit card. I am sorry that you feel this is an unfair system. Please feel free to contact me directly and I can assist you in getting a refund on the charges that you mentioned before.
