Zales Outlet ripoff Did Not Set The Diamond We Bought BEWARE!! They don't give you the stone that is purchased. They set far inferior stone in the ring. Wrentham Massachusetts
BEWARE !!! They don't give you the stone that is purchased. We bought a decent size diamon and a ring setting from Zales Outlet for a few thousand $. When we went back after 3 days to pick up the assembled ring, the main diamond in the ring was of far inferior quality with a huge black carbon in the stone. We had inspected the diamond really well and this flaw was not in the stone we selected.
I am still working with them on this issue. I will let you know how it turned out.
