The owner, Greg Phelps, of Zipp Taxi has hidden the Zipp Taxi cab No. 5501 since July of 2010 to avoid honoring the lease agreement. He called me in August and said he was going out of town to New York to see about his merchant account. Greg said he was burnt out and neede a vacation and he said he was going to see his son who was pistol whipped and was having seizures. He was going to drop off cabs 5502 and 5501 with my partner and we found out he lied. How sad to lie about a son who was seriously injured. He also told my partner he was going to drop off the cabs. Later he told me another lie about why he did not drop off the cabs. The Minnesota plate is RHH031. We called one of his other Zipp Taxi numbers and guess who answers...Greg Phelps. Someone spotted cab 5501 at the American Legion and when I asked Greg why he was not paying my lease fee, he refused to talk about. The fact he has hidden the cab is also a breach of contract. Rumor is that he hates women and uses them. He talks better to my partner even though he lies to him but he abuses me in conversations. He wrongs people and then he plays the victim. Justice will come one day.
