superStarTickets On their website is says 125 customer satisfaction and fantastic service which is not what I received! I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that was that. I paid over 500 dollars for what I thought was a VIP Package for the black sabbath concert in tampa july 29 2013. The seats were in the very back which made them cheap seats. Also the VIP didn't even include the tshirt, gift VIP PARKing actually I wouldn't have called it VIP at all. It was a total ripoff. On top of that I don't know how I ended up on that page in the finish when I started on another webpage. For a hardworking mother of three to splurge on something like that to only been ripped off and humiliated due to not noticing the difference until the tickets were already here.
