Ooma, Inc This VOIP company will continue to charge you if you cancel service. They charge to port your number to them and continue to charge if you cancel service Internet
Signed up, paid $39 to port number and 7 or 8 months later went back to prior carrier. They continue to bill even though I gave notice. Had to cancel my credit card to stop this bull. All over $4.70 a month fee.

Ooma, Inc. Ooma cancels user accounts as an excuse to levy new fees when the user attempts to re-activate, Palo Alto CA
Ooma cancelled my account for now reson (said they didn't detect enough activity). When I called and asked them to re-connect they said they would but they would need to create a new account. This in turm results in Whopping new fees, which will now re-occur monthly!
