Monitronics Security Very difficult to cancel service, even after serving several years. Many false alarms. Lubbock, TX (Home office in Dallas for TX) Nationwide
I have tried to cancel this service for several years because of frequent false alarms. Many of these were my fault, but it is too easy to mess up this system, and difficult to work with. I got big run-around. I hope I have finally gotten rid of them.
