This company cold called my elderly mother. She had ad a minor stroke and has trouble reasoning. They sold her a security system when she had one already. it took hours on the phone to cancel it. We called and were on hold for 1/2 hour and spoke to a rep. When we told him we wanted to cancel the service he said he would transfer us to the right person. We waited again for 1/2hour and the next rep said the same thing when we said we wanted to cancel. He put us on hold for the right person. The 3 rd represenataive answered after another 1/2 hour. I told him that we did not want to be put on hold again and explained we wanted to cancel, he game us the simple info on how to do it. Mail in name account number, last 4 digits of SS and reason, and print and sign name.
This over the top method of cancelization proves they are a scam company. we are going to block them at the bank, so they cannot continue to dip into her account.
