On 4/25, I placed an online order on the UK website www.anniecloth.com for clothing. The amount paid was $133.21. I received on 5/20 clothes from China. All the clothes are 3 sizes smaller and the design and fabrics are completely different.
I didn't know it was a Chinese company. The only address mentioned on their website is a UK address:

I emailed their customer service 3 times requesting a return label. They responded with a 15% refund offer then a 50% refund offer if I keep the merchandise. I insisted on returning the merchandise. They never provided a return label. They emailed me an address in china to return the merchandise. According to their return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). However, they do not mention that the merchandise is not in Europe, but China. Nowhere on their website did they mention an affiliation with a Chinese company. In order to return the package, I have to spend around $100 on shipping fees and additional customs fees.
