Purchased tickets several months ago for the Musical HAPPY DAYS. Since that time my wife of 49 years suddenly passed away. I attempted to get a refund of my $165.00 but they refused, saying they have a no refund policy. They told me that I could: 1. Give the tickets away. 2. Change my tickets for a later date.(They must believe in re-incarnation) 3. Take a tax write-off Can't believe that death does not supercede their no refund policy. A I stated what they did above. Refused refund.
